Your Right to Cancel Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.
How to Return an Item To start a return, please contact us at [your email] within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In the original packaging where possible
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.
